HISTORY
It began in 1972, Nash Kooner left his small farming village in India with only $7 in his pocket to seek better opportunities abroad. Only one day after arriving at Vancouver airport, Nash went to work in the construction industry. Not knowing a word of English or having an understanding of the Canadian way of life, Nash worked his way from a labourer hand mixing bags of concrete, to framing houses to building his first spec home in 1978. With true grit and determination Nash became one of the first Indo Canadian builders in Vancouver.
